This is not a traditional FP&A role.
At Pretium Packaging, FP&A sits at the center of decision-making, and we are expanding our team as the company enters a new phase of growth under transformative leadership.
We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who thrives on turning complex data into clear insights, enjoys partnering with leaders across the business, and wants a seat at the table where strategic decisions are made.
If you’re energized by analytics, storytelling, and influencing outcomes, not just reporting numbers this role was built for you.
Why This Role Stands Out- Direct exposure to executive leadership.
- Real business partnership with Operations, Commercial, Supply Chain, and HR.
- Ownership of impactful financial models, forecasts, and insights.
- Opportunity to elevate FP&A processes, dashboards, and analytics as the company scales.
- A platform for career growth in a fast-moving, evolving organization.
This is an opportunity to help shape how FP&A supports the business, not just maintain the status quo.
What You’ll Be Doing- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Deliver executive-ready reporting with clear narratives and actionable insights
- Analyze performance across volume, price/mix, costs, margins, productivity, and CAPEX
- Build advanced financial and scenario models to support strategic decisions
- Develop and automate dashboards using Excel and Power BI
- Participate in Executive Reviews and Monthly Business Reviews
- Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and recommended actions
- Improve FP&A processes, data quality, and reporting efficiency
- 4–7+ years of FP&A or analytical finance experience (manufacturing/operations preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills; strong Power BI or data visualization experience
- Deep understanding of financial drivers, variance analysis, and forecasting
- Ability to clearly explain the why behind the numbers
- Confidence presenting to senior and executive leadership
- A curious, collaborative, and ownership-driven mindset
- MBA/MS Finance, manufacturing or packaging experience, planning tools (Adaptive, Anaplan, Hyperion), or professional certifications (CFA, CPA, FPAC).
We believe we grow by managing what we measure. As we continue to scale, FP&A is a strategic enabler not a support function. You’ll join a team that values insight over noise, partnership over silos, and action over reporting for reporting’s sake.
If you’re ready to elevate your FP&A career and make a visible impact, we’d love to hear from you.
