This is not a traditional FP&A role.

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Deliver executive-ready reporting with clear narratives and actionable insights
• Analyze performance across volume, price/mix, costs, margins, productivity, and CAPEX
• Build advanced financial and scenario models to support strategic decisions
• Develop and automate dashboards using Excel and Power BI
• Participate in Executive Reviews and Monthly Business Reviews
• Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and recommended actions
• Improve FP&A processes, data quality, and reporting efficiency

• 4–7+ years of FP&A or analytical finance experience (manufacturing/operations preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills; strong Power BI or data visualization experience
• Deep understanding of financial drivers, variance analysis, and forecasting
• Ability to clearly explain the why behind the numbers
• Confidence presenting to senior and executive leadership
• A curious, collaborative, and ownership-driven mindset

• MBA/MS Finance, manufacturing or packaging experience, planning tools (Adaptive, Anaplan, Hyperion), or professional certifications (CFA, CPA, FPAC).
