Position Overview

The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services is seeking an organized, professional, and energetic individual to serve as Regional Contract Support Staff. Under general supervision, this position will receive, review, and process various day care related forms from private agencies, workers, and clients to provide requested day care services for eligible clients. The position will contact clients and providers to establish fees and reimbursement rates and conduct client self-certification process and recertification to initiate continued services.
