Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – 2025–2026 School Year – In-Person
Ampersand Therapy is hiring a passionate, student-focused Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2025–2026 school year.

Position Details- Schedule: Full-Time
- Location: In-person, serving an elementary school
- Start Date: ASAP
- Service Area: Behavior intervention, coaching, and staff support — no supervision of RBTs
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement functional behavior intervention plans aligned with student IEPs
- Create safety plans for students exhibiting aggressive or self-injurious behaviors
- Provide teachers with effective data collection systems for all behavior goals
- Coach, intervene, and support staff and students to promote positive outcomes
- Collaborate with Special Services Directors and school teams to set academic targets/goals
- Communicate regularly with district teams and provide progress updates
- Active Illinois BCBA license
- Proven experience in behavior assessment and intervention planning
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to supporting students with diverse needs in an educational setting
