Position Summary
Professional working as part of a team and independently producing high quality laboratory testing for inpatient and outpatients. Working with nursing and physicians as a valued care partner for the benefit of all patients.
Position Requirements- Associate Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology
- Or education/work experience meeting the qualifications of high complexity testing personnel as defined by CLIA 42 CFR 493 1489
- Certification from a nationally recognized certifying agency required. ASCP (or equivalent) certified preferred or eligible; if eligible, must pass certification exam within 12 months of hire
- Minimum of 1 year of hospital laboratory experience preferred
