Position Summary: Responsible for scheduling outpatient radiology services, outpatient registration, and pre-certification of insurance benefits. Answers incoming calls and fields them to the appropriate department or individual. Responds to general outpatient requests.

Position Requirements

• High school diploma required;
  Associate’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) abilities highly desirable.
• Must have excellent oral communications in order to solicit information and provide exam preparation requirements to patients and families.
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred.
