Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified occupational therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. As an occupational therapy assistant working under the guidance of an occupational therapist, you will assist patients by following individualized treatment plans developed by Occupational Therapists.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
- Develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs, with assistance from the Occupational Therapist.
- Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
- Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
- Provide continuous communication with the Occupational Therapist, Director of Rehabilitation, and facility staff.
- Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
