Overview
Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. As a Speech Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care following an evaluation.
Responsibilities- Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in a SNF setting.
- Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills - work well with others and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information.
- Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor patients' progress.
