Center Well Home Health is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver in-home PT care, following a PT-developed plan. You will work in patients' homes, perform therapeutic exercises and modalities, document records, and coordinate with the PT and branch staff.
Must have a valid PT license, CPR, driver’s license, and strong teamwork and geriatric care knowledge. English fluency is required; one year PTA experience is preferred. 40 hours/week, pay range $64,000–$87,500 annually.
