Spa Manager – Hollywood Casino Aurora
We’re looking for a Spa Manager to lead our Drift Spa, Drift Drybar, and nail studio in the vibrant gaming environment of Hollywood Casino Aurora, delivering an integrated luxury wellness experience.

The RoleThe Spa Manager is a visionary leader who oversees daily operations, staff development, guest experience, financial performance, and innovation across our spa, salon, and relaxation spaces.
Responsibilities- Operations Leadership:
Oversee all spa, salon, and relaxation spaces ensuring cleanliness, readiness, and luxury standards. - Team Development:
Select, train, supervise, and inspire associates; provide consistent coaching, quarterly evaluations, and weekly check‑ins. - Guest
Experience:
Champion guest satisfaction, address concerns, and ensure renewal. - Financial Management:
Collaborate with CEO & CFO on budgeting, quarterly reviews, revenue strategies; manage payroll, scheduling, expenses. - Innovation & Growth:
Stay ahead of trends, evolve services, maintain elevated identity. - Marketing & Promotions:
Create seasonal promotions, loyalty programs, wellness events enhancing experience. - Standards & Compliance:
Enforce SOPs, uphold luxury standards, ensure regulatory compliance. - Partnerships:
Work with Casino leadership on events, cross‑promotions, guest offerings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or Wellness preferred; relevant spa/hospitality management experience required.
- Proven leadership experience in spa, hotel, resort, or casino environments.
- Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime.
- Strong organizational & financial management skills – budgeting, payroll, scheduling.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of skincare, beauty, salon, and wellness treatments; curiosity for emerging trends.
- Professional certifications (CSS, CIDESCO, advanced hospitality credentials) highly valued.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills; ability to coach & resolve guest concerns.
- Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑volume, luxury hospitality setting while maintaining focus on detail.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals, present information.

SalaryStarting salary: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 annually, based on experience.
