Base pay range $58,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

The Food & Beverage Outlet Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the daily operations of an assigned restaurant, lounge, bar, or other food & beverage outlet. This role assists the Outlet Manager in supervising staff, ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining operational standards, and achieving financial goals. The Assistant Manager leads by example, fosters teamwork, and ensures a seamless dining experience that aligns with the property’s brand and service standards.

• Supervise the F&B Outlet designated to this role and manage a designated shift.
• Support, administer and manage operational goals and monitor performance and profit objectives.
• Create effective and efficient schedules, manage labor costs, meet staffing objectives and achieve guest satisfaction.
• Promote and demonstrate superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards; ensure service standards are followed and address issues as they arise. Responsible for achieving department customer service goals.
• Know and enforce all gaming laws and regulations applicable to the Food & Beverage Department.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

• Associates degree (A.A.) in a related field; two years of Food and Beverage experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum two years of supervisory experience required.
• Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.
