Human Resources Specialist

The Human Resources specialist will serve as the property subject matter resource for their identified specialty. Human resources Specialties can include :
Benefits, Training, Communication, Recruiting and HRIS systems. Partners with HR Business Partners to meet the needs of the property.

• Maintains a professional work environment with management and staff.
• Participates in meetings and training as required.
• Maintains complete confidentiality of all company information at all times.
• Perform necessary follow-ups to meet established objectives and assist with reminders of commitments and deadlines.

• Responsible for processing all new hire licensing applications and coordinating annual renewals.
• Ensures all licensing information is input into Ulti Pro and hard copies of documentation are filed.
• Performs routine audits as requested.
• Performs specialized or confidential administrative duties, including researching data and preparing reports as needed.
• Prepares invoices for payment and tracks actual results versus budget.

• Responsible for inputting and maintaining employee records.
• Prepares, compiles, and distributes weekly-monthly-quarterly and annual reports as requested.
• Maintains all physical and confidential personnel records
• Responds to requests by team members for basic information.

• Assists with the management of data integrity including separations, personnel transactions, and HRIS / Payroll alignment. Assists in the maintenance of the HRIS as assigned.

• Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
• Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
