As Codan’s IT Manager – North America, you will lead regional IT operations, ensuring reliability, compliance, and alignment with Codan’s global IT standards. Reporting to the Global Head of IT, based in Australia, this role partners with business leaders to deliver responsive, high-performing technology services and continuous improvement initiatives.

You’ll oversee IT service delivery, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and system stability, balancing immediate operational needs with the delivery of long-term strategic goals. The role also includes leading the regional IT team, managing vendors, and ensuring business continuity across our North American offices.

• Lead IT operations across North America, aligning local needs with global IT strategy.
• Oversee system performance, cloud infrastructure, and network reliability.
• Act as the main IT liaison for North American business leaders and global IT teams.
• Manage incidents, requests, and regional IT assets to maintain service excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with security and data standards.
• Lead and develop the regional IT team to deliver exceptional service.
• Support implementation of global projects and ensure regional adoption.

You are an experienced IT leader with a strong background in infrastructure, cloud, and enterprise systems (SAP preferred), capable of driving service excellence across a global environment. With a degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field—or equivalent experience, you combine technical expertise with leadership, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

You’re proactive, customer-focused, and able to translate business needs into effective IT outcomes, aligning with Codan’s values of Can Do, High Performing, Customer Driven, and Openness and Integrity.

The role requires flexibility to meet global business needs, with frequent regional and occasional international travel, and eligibility to obtain U.S. Defense Security Clearance.
