We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our growing operations and technology team. This role goes beyond traditional CRM/sales support and includes building and managing Salesforce‑based systems for operations, logistics, client services, and integration workflows.
Supervisory ResponsibilitiesLead system administration initiatives and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align Salesforce solutions with business objectives.
Duties/Responsibilities- Configure, customize, and manage Salesforce orgs.
- Build and maintain automation supporting operations, logistics, and service workflows.
- Translate business process needs into Salesforce solutions.
- Maintain data integrity and build reports/dashboards.
- Provide user support and training.
- Collaborate with technical teams on system integrations.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements.
- 3–5+ years as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and automation.
- Experience using Salesforce in non‑sales/operations/logistics workflows.
- Strong data management and reporting skills.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate clearly.
- Experience with integrations and technical teams.
- Experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or operations‑focused Salesforce apps.
- Some Apex experience.
- Healthcare, laboratory, or logistics industry familiarity.
- Experience with API‑based integrations.
- Experience with data governance or compliance in regulated environments.
