Customer Experience Representative

As the Customer Experience Representative for my client, you’ll be the steady connection customers rely on for accurate orders, quick answers, and thoughtful communication. Your work will keep essential medical products moving where they’re needed most.

• Play a key part in ensuring healthcare providers receive the products they need on time.

• Process inbound orders and verify pricing, minimums, freight terms, approvals, and licenses.
• Communicate backorders, alternatives, and additional charges.
• Track, update, and resolve daily tickets in Hub Spot.
• Support customer inquiries on orders, products, troubleshooting, and finance issues.
• Coordinate closely with Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate fulfillment.
• Escalate issues when needed and balance customer needs with company policy.

• Be able to do the job as described.
• Comfortable using CRM and ERP systems like Hub Spot and Microsoft Business Central.
• Experienced with medical devices or medical product environments.
• Strong professional communication and polished phone etiquette.
• Preferably familiar with EDI order processing or international shipments.
