* Engage with internal customers and gain understanding of their current and future needs
* Shape the customer-facing vision of the team and the roadmap for internal activities in support of the vision
* Acts as the focal point of communication with key stakeholders, including internal and external customers at all levels
* Responsible for leading logistics vendors’ execution in a manner that is compliant with Meta policies and procedures
* Develops, implements, and manages operational and financial objectives and key results (OKRs) through key performance indicators (KPIs). Collaboratively influences change within supply chain and external vendors
* Develop standards, metrics, and procedures that maximize deployment efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify and prioritize initiatives to optimize capabilities and develop / scale operational management practices
