Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Aurora, IL for a Division Manager. The Division Manager is a player/coach who oversees the daily operations of the assigned division, ensuring the achievement of sales goals, customer service excellence, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include building and managing a team, developing strategic plans, analyzing financial data, supervising branch activities, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
