Role Overview
Regional Business is excited to announce an opening for the Director – Client Services - Specialty Markets role, a strategic leadership position that plays a vital part in shaping our client experience and driving business growth across PEOs, Payroll and Staffing firms, Associations, Unions, Trusts and/or TPAs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, leads with vision, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Client Service Consultants and other key Service roles, focusing on performance, coaching, and talent retention.
- Partner with sales leadership to create strategic business plans that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Build strong client relationships and lead strategic account planning, while enhancing national visibility and brand recognition.
- Identify and implement improvements to drive business outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Monitor key performance metrics to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of management experience.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and influence teams.
- Strong understanding of Group Benefits products, business operations, financial forecasting, and analytics.
- Extensive experience in client relationship management and strategic account oversight.
- Demonstrated success in project and change management in driving business solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Resilient, adaptable, and proactive with a strong ownership mindset.
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10+ years relevant business experience.
- 8+ years of management experience.
Compensation
The expected salary range for this position is $130,000 – $155,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short‑term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
