Overview
Join MAPEI Corporation, a global leader in manufacturing construction chemicals and building materials — including adhesives, sealants, and specialty products used in flooring, tile, and concrete restoration. We are currently seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day warehouse operations to support accurate inventory, efficient order flow, and on-time deliveries for both customers and internal MAPEI facilities.
You will lead a warehouse team in a fast-paced environment, ensure safety and quality standards are met, and drive operational excellence across shipping, receiving, storage, and inventory control. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity with direct impact on service levels, productivity, and process improvement.
- Oversee the availability and on-time delivery of finished goods and materials to customers and other MAPEI locations.
- Manage warehouse operations to support efficient storage, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement, train, and maintain effective systems for order picking and warehouse workflows.
- Own plant-wide inventory management, including physical inventory planning and execution.
- Monitor and resolve customer backorders and late shipment issues to prevent delays.
- Lead workforce management for receiving, storage, product rotation, picking, and shipping processes.
- Interview, hire, train, schedule, and direct warehouse employees.
- Manage inter-company shipments and warehouse transfer processes.
- Oversee administration and continuous training of the Quality Management System for warehouse personnel.
- Investigate and resolve Service Complaint Reports related to shipping and receiving.
- Ensure cost-effective operation of warehouse personnel, equipment, and processes.
- Coordinate activities closely with Customer Service, Production, Sales, Records Control, and Purchasing.
- Adhere to all MAPEI policies, safety rules, and work procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- In this role, you will earn a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
- This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is a variable percentage of your base salary, based on individual performance and company results.

- Minimum:
High school diploma or equivalent required. - Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience and 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong computer proficiency and comfort with computerized inventory systems.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
