Construction Project Manager

The Seismic Project Manager will lead multiple seismic design projects focused on delegated seismic bracing designs for mechanical, plumbing, and electrical construction. This role oversees engineering deliverables, manages project execution, and coordinates closely with internal teams, contractors, engineers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Manage multiple seismic design projects from initiation through completion
• Oversee engineering deliverables related to seismic bracing for MEP systems
• Manage submittals, schedules, material releases, and project documentation
• Process subcontracts, purchase orders, and invoices
• Develop and maintain project-specific schedules of values
• Coordinate with sales teams, vendors, contractors, engineers, and field crews
• Track project progress, budgets, and profit/loss reporting
• Provide technical support and develop expertise in seismic products
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget

• Degree in Construction Project Management or minimum 3 years of experience in construction management, coordination, or a supervisory role
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Solid understanding of construction methods and materials
• Proficient in MS Office and cloud-based project management tools
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
• Collaborative, customer-focused, and detail-oriented
