Finance Manager

If you can turn raw finance data into a board-ready narrative, Social Impact Partners has a Finance Manager chair waiting in Evanston. Boiled down: remote, $117,000 - $190,000, 6 years of Accounts Receivable, and a seat at the table where Social Impact Partners decisions get made.

• Translate Accounts Receivable dashboards into plain language for non-finance leaders
• Keep the remote commission calc transparent enough to survive a dispute
• Surface the three expense lines quietly eating the finance margin
• Where most manager roles stop at reporting, this one digs into the why
• Hand leadership a forecast they trust enough to hire against

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated Leadership expertise in a fast-moving finance environment
• Manager-caliber judgment about when to elevate and when to absorb
• Comfortable presenting ideas to stakeholders at every level
• The reliability that lets a manager stop checking in

Social Impact Partners is the team-oriented Evanston company that turned a niche finance obsession into something the whole IL now uses. At Social Impact Partners you're trusted with the why, not just handed the what.

Secure $117,000 - $190,000, flexible remote options, equity, and a mentorship program designed to help you reach the next manager.
