Production Associate I

Supervisor or Manager of Production Operations

Aurora, Illinois

The Production Associate I will perform manufacturing functions associated with building Custom and/or BTE Devices.

• May perform any or all of the following Custom device functions:
  • Cut / Trim / Sanding
  • Lacquer
  • Tube Installation
  • Acoustical Testing
• May perform any or all of the following BTE functions:
  • BTE Assembly
  • BTE Repair
  • BTE Acoustical Testing
  • Invoicing
  • Packing
  • Kitting / Picking
• Maintains workstation in a clean, safe, and orderly manner
• Visually inspects product, identifies defects / rejects, and escalates issues as required
• Performs general routine machine maintenance and daily workstation clean‑up
• Active participation in quality improvement processes
• Initiates process improvements and motivates peers to achieve team goals
• Meets established individual and team goals
• Flex to various positions as business needs require

  Education:
  
  High School Diploma OR GED/equivalent
• Work Experience: 1 – 3 years in manufacturing
