Maintenance Supervisor - 2nd Shift

We're seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Supervisor who thrives in a hands‑on environment and enjoys guiding a team toward safe, efficient, high‑quality production. In this role, you'll oversee day‑to‑day maintenance activities, support continuous improvement, and ensure equipment reliability in a GMP‑regulated setting.

• Lead, mentor, and support a dedicated Maintenance team
• Take ownership of a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and technical troubleshooting
• Partner with operations and other department leaders to keep production running efficiently
• Maintain a safe work environment and uphold all GMP standards
• Play a key role in producing safe, high‑quality food products

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• 4+ years of experience in mechanical or electrical trades (or a relevant vocational program)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong troubleshooting and repair abilities across several areas, such as :
• Electrical: 3‑phase power, drives, print reading
• Electronics: digital / analog systems, component‑level repair
• PLC:
  Siemens, Allen Bradley, ladder logic
• Instrumentation: calibrations
• Hydraulics & Pneumatics: print reading, rebuilds
• Mechanical Systems: conveyors, pumps, drives
• Welding & Cutting: MIG / TIG, torch, plasma
• Plumbing, HVAC, Boilers, Compressors, Fire / Sprinkler, General Facilities
• The ability to lead a team, communicate effectively, and collaborate across departments
