Maintenance Supervisor - 2nd Shift

We're seeking a 2nd Shift Maintenance Supervisor who thrives in a hands‑on environment and enjoys guiding a team toward safe, efficient, high‑quality production. In this role, you'll oversee day‑to‑day maintenance activities, support continuous improvement, and ensure equipment reliability in a GMP‑regulated setting.
What You'll Do:- Lead, mentor, and support a dedicated Maintenance team
- Take ownership of a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and technical troubleshooting
- Partner with operations and other department leaders to keep production running efficiently
- Maintain a safe work environment and uphold all GMP standards
- Play a key role in producing safe, high‑quality food products
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in mechanical or electrical trades (or a relevant vocational program)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong troubleshooting and repair abilities across several areas, such as :
- Electrical: 3‑phase power, drives, print reading
- Electronics: digital / analog systems, component‑level repair
- PLC:
Siemens, Allen Bradley, ladder logic - Instrumentation: calibrations
- Hydraulics & Pneumatics: print reading, rebuilds
- Mechanical Systems: conveyors, pumps, drives
- Welding & Cutting: MIG / TIG, torch, plasma
- Plumbing, HVAC, Boilers, Compressors, Fire / Sprinkler, General Facilities
- The ability to lead a team, communicate effectively, and collaborate across departments
