Position Title:

Production Technician

Pay Rate: $22.63/hr up to $26.34/hr plus shift differentials: $0.25 for 2nd shift, $0.35 for 3rd shift.

Sign‑on and Retention Bonus: $500 after 30 days, after 6 months, after 1 year, and an additional bonus at 2 years.

Category/Shift: Hourly Full-Time (10pm‑6am 3rd shift, 2pm‑10pm 2nd shift Monday‑Friday). Some additional required Saturdays. Overtime flexibility includes 4 hours before or after normal shift.

• Safe manufacturing procedures.
• Operating fast‑paced machinery.
