The Mechanic / Maintenance is responsible for performing machinery repairs, conducting routine maintenance, and ensuring that machines are working safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment.

• Responsible for ensuring functionality and reliability of machines
• Build and assemble machines or mechanical components according to requirements
• Conduct repairs aiming for maximum reliability
• Troubleshoot reported problems and resolve them in a timely manner
  
  Perform thorough maintenance on machinery
• Clean and apply lubricants to machinery components
• Provide consultation on correct maintenance and preventative measures to machine users
• Undertake other duties as assigned
• Keep logs of work and report on issues

• Proven experience as Mechanic / Maintenance
• Excellent knowledge of machinery
• Aptitude in using various hand tools (screwdrivers, hammers, etc.) and precision measurement tools
• Problem-solving ability
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma and / or vocational school
• Strong problem solving skills

• Very good physical strength and stamina
• Must be able to access and navigate the production facility.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
