Job Position:
Material Prep Coordinator
Location:
Aurora,IL60502 Pay Rate: $19.00/hr Job Shift 7:00am-5:30pm Monday thru Thursday or OT if needed will work on Fridays Job Type Performance to Hire
- Completes work orders based on production goals while maintaining a consistent and time-conscious pace.
- Keeps accurate records of production quantities and assembly duration.
- Enters accurate production information into Net Suite for labor tracking purposes.
- Takes precise measurements to ensure fit of product components.
- Reports any issues, malfunctions, or defects of parts to ensure accurate usable inventory levels.
- Uses airpower tools, clamps, punch presses, and other heavy equipment for the assembly of products.
- Understands quality control standards and reports any observed quality concerns related to parts or product.
- Follows safety standards as set forth by operating procedures.
- Must feel comfortable using a tablet for the work orders and using Net Suite and Delfoi.
- Wears mandatory safety gear including a safety vest, safety glasses, and gloves.
- Ability to use pallet jack.
- Ability to read and comprehend written and verbal instructions and follow established procedures.
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to use technology on a basic level.
- Associate can report any hazards and concerns to the Illinois Department of Labor by call the Department s Day and Temporary Labor Services Act toll-free hotline at or email Labor.
