We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Blasting Department as Entry-Level Blasters. This position is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in an industrial environment. Primary responsibilities include racking, stacking, and blasting materials while following established safety procedures and production standards.
No extensive prior experience is required. Successful candidates should be reliable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Rack and stack parts and materials in preparation for processing.
- Perform blasting duties according to established procedures and work instructions.
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials as needed.
- Inspect parts and materials for proper handling and processing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
