General Labor - Production Workers

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our production team as General Laborers / Production Workers / Material Handlers. This position involves hands-on production, assembly, stacking, packaging, and material-handling tasks in a fast-paced corrugated packaging and display manufacturing facility. Successful candidates will help maintain production rates, ensure product quality, follow safety procedures, and support daily manufacturing operations.

• Production & Assembly:
  Assemble, stack, wrap, strap, glue, label, sticker, and tape corrugated boxes, displays, and retail packaging components.
• Machine & Line Support:
  Feed raw materials into converting and printing equipment and assist machine operators as needed.
• Loading & Unloading:
  Manually or mechanically load and unload freight, raw materials, and finished goods from trailers and containers.
• Quality Control:
  Inspect finished boxes and displays to ensure products meet specifications and are free of defects.
• Production Goals:
  Maintain expected production rates while following work instructions and quality standards.
• Housekeeping:
  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with 5S and plant housekeeping standards.
• Safety Compliance:
  Follow all company safety policies and applicable OSHA requirements. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hearing and eye protection.
• Teamwork & Communication:
  Work cooperatively with supervisors, machine operators, and coworkers to meet daily production goals.

• Previous experience in general labor, warehouse, production, or manufacturing is preferred.
• Entry-level candidates willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.

Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Perform repetitive movements, including bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching. Work around manufacturing machinery, industrial noise, and varying temperatures. Safely perform assigned duties in an active production environment.
