Barton Staffing is seeking dependable and motivated Machine Operators to join a manufacturing team in Aurora, IL. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and ready to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Position DetailsShift: 1st Shift, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour

Aurora, IL
Overtime:
Must be available to work overtime with little to no notice when required
- Set up, operate, and maintain automatic and semi-automatic manufacturing equipment, including robotic assembly machines
- Feed materials into machinery and remove finished products from the production line
- Adjust machine settings and perform minor repairs as needed
- Follow and interpret work instructions and technical drawings accurately
- Complete production and testing documentation with attention to detail
- Meet production routing times for assigned jobs after training
- Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing processes
- Maintain quality standards while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Be flexible and available for overtime as needed
