Job Description:

THE ROLE

Our Solutions Marketing team is seeking a Solutions Marketing Lead to drive market awareness, product consideration, and sales enablement for our portfolio within our Materials Solutions division. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to develop compelling messaging, content, and programs that empower our sales teams, support Entegris product launches, and generate demand. If hired into this role, you will need to be a collaborative leader with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of B2B marketing, and the proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, differentiated value propositions.

This position will be based in Aurora, IL or Danbury, CT.

WHAT YOU'LL DO Develop Content to Drive Product Consideration and Brand Awareness
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders, product managers, subject matter experts to define and articulate differentiated value propositions for our solutions, ensuring messaging highlights unique benefits and competitive advantages to our targeted audiences.
  • Develop compelling content, including marketing campaigns, case studies, thought leadership pieces, presentations, web copy, advertising, and event messaging that supports the sales process and effectively communicates solution value.
Develop and Manage Marketing Campaigns
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to generate demand and interest, utilizing created content, promoting campaigns via social, email, and advertising as appropriate, and measuring/reporting on campaign effectiveness.
Develop and Manage Sales Enablement Programs
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to use created content to develop sales enablement materials—presentations, brochures, battle cards, playbooks, videos—that clearly communicate the unique benefits and competitive advantages of our offering to our targeted audiences.
  • Support successful product launches by delivering comprehensive sales enablement packages, promotional materials, and supporting activities.
  • Facilitate alignment and communication between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and execution.
Measure Performance
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of solutions marketing and sales enablement initiatives. Track and analyze campaign performance, content engagement, sales pipeline metrics, and market trends to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
WHAT WE SEEK
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Communications, Business Administration or other related field with an emphasis on marketing, advertising, or public relations.
  • At least 8 years progressive professional experience in a B2B marketing, product marketing, or solutions marketing role.
  • Proven ability to develop value propositions and translate technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Strong experience in sales enablement, content development, and integrated campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication, writing, storytelling, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to create innovative messages that set Entegris apart in the market.
  • Ability to build strong business partnerships and influence technical groups to see the value of a variety of marketing solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative, creative, results‑driven environment.
  • Experience with digital and social media marketing & analytics.
  • Proficiency with Hub Spot and/or Salesforce helpful.
  • A thorough understanding of and exposure to the semiconductor market, semiconductor manufacturing, or adjacent markets would be a plus.
  • The ideal candidate will be self‑motivated, possess strong organizational skills, ability to make informed decisions, and have the ability to manage multiple projects within a dynamic environment.
