Job Title – Marketing Account Specialist - Marketing

Location – Aurora, CO 80045

Pay Rate - $35 - $38 per hr. on W2

Duration – 3-6 months contract role

Shift Time – 09:00 AM-05:00 PM

HYBRID:
Tuesday and Wednesday on site. Other days are remote

Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Specialist to play a pivotal role in executing client projects successfully and fostering strong, enduring client relationships.
  • The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for excellence and exceptional communication skills.
  • Note:

    This role focuses on client management and strategic advisory.
  • It does not involve designing marketing campaigns or direct sales activities.
  • Clients they be working with are:
    Internal hospital clients.
  • This primary client is the Sie Center for Down Syndrome.
  • This client is in partnership with the Global Down Syndrome Federation.
  • This will take around 20% of their time but will be their priority.
  • Beyond that, they will help with Transplant, Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders, Breathing Institute, Allergies, and a few others.
  • Type of marketing projects they will be managing Email marketing, social media, video marketing, brand awareness, content creation etc) All of the above.
  • They won’t design any creative but will work with our internal creative teams to deliver all types of marketing tactics. Their role will be working with clients to determine goals and objectives, and ensuring we deliver what is needed. Building internal and external relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management:
    Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Relationship Building:
    Cultivate strong, strategic relationships with clients by understanding their goals and providing tailored marketing solutions.
  • Reporting & Insights:
    Prepare and present regular updates and performance reports, highlighting KPIs and strategic insights.
  • Problem Solving:
    Tackle project challenges swiftly, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction.
  • Budget Management:
    Monitor budgets closely, aligning financial performance with project objectives.
  • Market Research:
    Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor strategies, delivering actionable recommendations to improve client outcomes.
  • Required Skills:
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ).

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Maximum 3–5 years of experience in account management or project coordination within a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering successful marketing projects.
  • Advertising agency experience required.
  • Agency titles client would like to see are Senior Account executive or Account Supervisor
