Position:
Seasonal and On-Call Donor Ministries Representatives with our Donor Ministries department in Aurora, IL. As a Seasonal/On-Call Donor Ministries Representative, you will interact with the public and donors via telephone, correspondence, and tours. Come join our team and use your gifts to spread the gospel to the ends of the earth!

In the role of Seasonal/On-Call Donor Ministries Representative, you will have the opportunity to:

• Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him
• Develop, maintain, and utilize thorough knowledge of Samaritan's Purse
• Interface with donors and general public
• Make outbound calls
• Apply critical-thinking and problem-solving skills to read and interpret donor requests
• Read, sort, and respond to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with donor events as a ministry representative
• Process completed outgoing correspondence for the department
• Participate in support of seasonal needs, special assignments, and promotional campaigns for the response team
• All other duties as assigned

• Four-year college or university program degree or one (1) to two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work with accuracy, confidentiality, insight and professionalism for contact with donors and other departments
• Ability to learn and utilize diverse software (Donor Studio, Pay Conex, Web Services, Avaya, Workfront, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe, and multiple web browsers)
• Effective written and interpersonal communication skills

Salary Range: $20 hr.
