A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $89,000 to $125,000 on an annualized basis.

The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.

• The Regional Director of Education provides leadership of activities supporting clinical practices, professional development, patient care, and clinical initiative outcomes for a designated region.
• Leads change efforts in areas of benchmarking, patient safety, and clinical best practices to support achievement of high‑quality nursing care and patient outcomes.
• Provides oversight of Pathway to Excellence/Magnet designation according to the American Nurses Credentialing Center requirements.
• Oversees and assures compliance as a designated State Board of Nursing continuing nursing education provider.

• Current and valid state license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current BLS (ARC/AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) (ARC/AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Minimum of 5 years as a healthcare leader.
• Minimum of 2 years of previous educational experience preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Master of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Nurse Professional Development certification preferred.
• Must be able to travel to a variety of Prime Healthcare facilities on an as‑needed basis.
