Acute Care Nurse Practitioner; ACNP

Mercy Medical Center, a respected acute care hospital and proud member of Prime Healthcare, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) to join our inpatient team. This is a full-time, hospital-employed opportunity focused on providing exceptional care to acutely ill patients within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.

Position Highlights

Employment Model: Hospital-employed, full-time position

Scope of Practice: Inpatient care only no outpatient responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Perform advanced procedures based on credentialing (e.g., central line, intubation)

Manage admissions, daily rounding, and discharges

Collaborate with hospitalists, specialists, and nursing staff to ensure coordinated care

Utilize integrated EMR for accurate, efficient documentation

• Competitive base salary starting at $140,000+ annually, commensurate with experience with potential productivity incentives
