Dr. Mobi Care -

Seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to join our team! You will work in multiple settings such as clinics, skilled nursing facilities, home health and more.

• Evaluate and manage all acute, chronic wounds, surgical wounds and dermatologic wounds
• Change dressings
• Perform medically necessary debridement
• Establish plan of care and work within protocols established by medical director
• Accurately performs physical examinations on adult patients with acute and chronic wounds
• Assess, diagnose and manage chronic conditions for patient population
• Communicates with Primary Care Physician (PCP) or office staff regarding any changes in patient’s condition
• Provides individualized patient teaching and counseling

• Current Nurse Practitioner license.
• Certification as a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner preferred.>
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassion for patients and a commitment to providing excellent care.
