Schedule:
Nights, 7:00pm - 7:30am, 3-12 hour shifts.
Location:
Aurora, IL 60506.
Sign‑On Bonus:
Up to $10,000.
- Deliver safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Provide direct patient care within scope of practice.
- Direct and guide patient/family teaching and nursing staff activities while maintaining ICU standards of care.
- Be directly responsible and accountable for the care of assigned patients.
- Communicate with physicians regarding changes in patient clinical condition, hemodynamic monitoring, diagnostic results, and abnormal findings.
- Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or response to treatment.
- Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality.
- Current and valid state RN License.
- Current BLS certificate upon hire.
- Completion of Critical Care Course preferred.
- Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
- Current ACLS certificate within 30 days of hire.
- Minimum one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital (critical care preferred).
- Critical Care RN (CCRN) Certification preferred.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Pay Transparency:
This role offers competitive compensation ranging from $35.35 to $53.58 per hour, based on skills, experience, education, credentials and licensure.
Employment status:
Full Time. Shift: Nights.
