Position: RN - Cardiac Telemetry/Neuro Step Down
Role Overview:
Provide specialized nursing care to cardiac and neuro patients in a full-time night shift role, with rotating weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
Monitor patient vitals, administer treatments, collaborate with healthcare team, ensure patient safety, and adhere to clinical protocols.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing; or Associate Degree with a plan to earn a Bachelor's within five years.
- Minimum of 1+ years' RN experience in inpatient settings.
- Current Illinois RN license, CPR, ACLS (within one year), and NIHSS certification (within one year).
Strong clinical knowledge, ability to work night shifts, excellent communication, and teamwork skills.
