Base pay range

$45.00/hr - $51.00/hr

Brief Description

The QA/QC Manager plays a critical role in ensuring quality standards are met across all phases of electrical construction projects. This position is responsible for preparing and completing project quality checklists and required documentation, submitting detailed quality reports to management, and working closely with district leadership to drive continuous improvement in quality practices.

Job Role s And Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete project construction quality review checklists and required documentation
• Submit quality reporting to management
• Work with district management to address and improve quality practices throughout the duration of the project
• Oversee the work of other members of the quality department
• Appraise customer's requirements and ensure acceptance
• Maintain records of quality reports and relevant documentation for submission to owner or owner representatives at project closeout
• Essential functions of this position are to be performed in a Company-designated office or field location
• Other duties as assigned
• Regular and predictable attendance
• Understand and comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy and other industry-specific professional and ethical standards, if applicable

Preferred

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Journeyman Lineman/Wireman working on electrical construction projects
• Prior experience working in a quality assurance or control position
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Proficient with blueprints and one-line drawings
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
