The impact you’ll make
  • Protect quality from the very start by testing incoming materials from outside suppliers.
  • Keep our equipment trustworthy through routine calibrations and accurate records.
  • Accelerate issue resolution by partnering with Engineering and Production on in-process quality concerns.
  • Strengthen our quality system with clear documentation, efficient data entry, and adherence to Aztech Locknut Company procedures.
Your core responsibilities
  • Execute daily inspections per defined criteria using a variety of inspection tools.
  • Inspect received product and confirm compliance to specifications.
  • Conduct equipment calibrations and maintain associated documentation.
  • Record inspection outcomes, quality issues, and resolutions in our systems.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to contain and correct quality issues during production.
Training & advancement

We invest in your growth. After 90 days, select a path and begin approved courses and projects :

  • Quality Inspection Track :
    Pursue ASQ credentials including Quality Inspector, Calibration Technician, and Certified Quality Technician.
  • Mechanical Engineering Track :
    Develop engineering-oriented skills alongside our production and engineering teams.
Minimum qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (extra coursework in quality is beneficial).
  • Prior experience in quality assurance, inspection, or related work.
  • Strong analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office and quality management software.
  • Capable of lifting / moving up to 50 lbs.
