Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end escrow transactions with precision
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations

• Maintain detailed and accurate records
• Support the development of internal systems and processes

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience as an Escrow Officer (Colorado preferred)
• Deep knowledge of escrow, title, and real estate processes
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
• A self-starter excited about startup culture and innovation
