• Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation practices in the establishment
• Be certified in all four positions of the restaurant
• Communicate effectively
• Have a sense of urgency
• Move or transport up to 50 lbs without assistance (unless a medical notation is provided; ADA or a temporary doctor’s note will be considered)
• Work 38‑40 hours per week
• Maintain reliable transportation to and from work
• Communicate with the GM/AGM/DM of any issues you are having
• Lead by example in quality of food, customer interaction, and appearance (clean, fitted, pressed uniform daily)
• Create food consistent with Jersey Mikes high‑quality standards
• Maintain restaurant cleaner than others
• Work in a fast‑paced, team‑driven atmosphere
• Multitask with a sense of urgency
• Interface with customers and provide an exceptional experience
• Understand and exhibit accountability and integrity
• Key holder and manage opening and closing duties
• Knowledge of baking bread and all prep tasks
• Manage and lead a crew of 2 to 5 people
• Proficient in slicing

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year QSR experience preferred
• Must be 18 years or older to operate the slicer
• Safe Serve Certification – Food Handler required
• Must have reliable transportation
