Food Service Worker; Seasonal

Join our campus team as a seasonal Food Service Worker at Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services. In this role, you will prepare, present, and serve food to students, staff, and visitors while maintaining a clean and efficient service area.

• Prepare and serve food by performing tasks such as washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weigh and measure ingredients and follow approved recipes to ensure quality and portion control.
• Move pans, kettles, and trays between stations, stove, and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.
• Store food in designated areas in compliance with wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils to maintain hygiene standards.
• Distribute supplies and utensils to maintain workflow.
• Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, following outlined service steps.
• Resolve customer concerns and relay relevant information to a supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with company service standards, inventory control, and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain all sanitation and safety requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

$15.00–$16.00 per hour.
