Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. • Able to perform fine dining and ethnic a la minute preparations
• Possesses advanced knife skills and kitchen equipment skills
• Has complete understanding of server and front‑of‑house interaction to expedite food for guests
• Able to follow intricate recipes
• Communicates ingredient needs to supervisor
• Observes and tests foods being cooked by tasting, smelling, and piercing with a fork to determine that it is cooked
• Perform any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position’s job description, where, in the Company’s judgment, those duties are necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or guest service
• Perform duties in a safe manner; report any potential safety hazards to management staff
• Work within the quality control guidelines established by Penn National Gaming and Hollywood Casino Aurora
• Demonstrate an ability and commitment to deliver quality guest service to external and internal guests
• Follow all safety rules
• Adhere to departmental quality standards

• Must be 21 years of age
• HS Degree or equivalent work experience related to the nature of the position

$20 per Hour
