Starting Wage: $18.00 - $20.00. Part‑time. Eligible for productivity‑based wage increases up to $5.00 over the first 6 months. Referral bonus: $200 per friend referred.

• Count and record inventory with precision.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Move between inventory locations, walking or standing for extended periods.

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashier, sales, driver, or warehouse work is preferred; no inventory experience is required.
• Strong focus and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts.
• Comfort learning handheld scanners or counting tools.
• Reliable attendance and consistent work ethic.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• No degree required.
• Open to candidates returning to the workforce, veterans, or those with military experience.

Requires standing for prolonged periods, walking, and repetitive hand‑hand motions. Frequent squatting, kneeling, or crouching; use of ladders; lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. Frequent car travel and occasional air travel with overnight stays may be required.
