Seasonal Part Time Sales

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service by following LIDS Sports Group customer service programs.
• Meeting or exceeding Company Objectives in all individual sales goals.
• Participating in store maintenance per current visual guidelines including proper merchandising, signage and store cleanliness.
• Maintaining a professional appearance consistent with Dress Code Policy.
• Protecting Company assets within guidelines of LIDS Retail policies.
• Participating in restocking and resetting of merchandise.
• Supporting and adhering to all LIDS Retail policies, procedures and guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate verbally in a clear & professional manner.
• Ability to read and operate a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb a ladder and work with hands overhead.
• Standing required for up to 100% of the work time.

• Seasonal Part Time Associates start at local minimum wage with up to 10% more based on experience. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
• Seasonal duration concludes on January 6th.

Annual pay ranges may fall between $29,120 - $58,656. You may also be offered a bonus, and other benefits.
