Our merchandisers are the heart and soul of Jacent. They work on the front lines in more than 17,000 stores, placing just the right products, building displays, and collaborating with store personnel – right in their own community.

Who We're Looking For

• Self‑starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting
• Comfortable in changing environments
• Able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation, which include:
  • Standing and walking 3‑8 hrs
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with business partners

• Cultivating relationships with in‑store management
• Executing merchandising resets
• Merchandising impulse items on clip strips & J‑hooks
• Implementing plan‑o‑grams
