Empire Today is looking for go-getters to meet face-to-face with our customers in their homes and help find the best flooring products for their needs. Hot leads generally within a 1-hour radius. Customers have called Empire and asked for an in-home flooring estimate. You can use the strength of the well-known brand to generate more money through referrals and prospecting additional customers.

- The role is a 100% commission + commission bonus opportunity. Outside Sales Consultants on average earn $50k - $70k the first year, with top performers earning well over $100k.
- Outside Sales Consultants: paid training to learn the business.
- Represent a quality brand and engage with customers to provide in-home flooring solutions.
- Handle pre-qualified leads and pursue referrals and prospecting opportunities.
- Valid driver's license, vehicle with room for flooring sample boards, and the ability to drive the vehicle with sample boards.
- Valid auto insurance.
- Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually.
- Business Development: achieve a monthly minimum of self-generated sales.
- Availability for evening & weekend appointments.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Ability to use a tablet device and laser measuring device to facilitate diagramming and contract preparation.
- Present professionally, including in Empire branded apparel.
