Salary Range: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8am-6pm with one weekday off, Saturday 8am-4pm.
This position's focusis working with and through others, building and maintaining relationships, and working closely and accurately within established guidelines. In this fast-paced environment, you must handle needs quickly, correctly, and efficiently.
Qualifications- 1-2 years experience withautoparts sales (Hondaauto parts sales preferred)
- 1-2 years experience in dealership with Dealer Management System (Reynolds & Reynolds preferred)
- Strong work ethic
- Punctual and reliable
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Exhibitsa"can-do"attitude
- A strong commitment to safety
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace
- Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
- Work with partsteamto locate any parts that aren't in stock
- Complete special order part request for the customer
- Communicate with customer on parts status frequently
- Consistently working with Technicians and Service Advisors (determining parts needs, creating estimates, pulling parts,and other various duties)
- Must follow safety policies and procedures
- Keep up to date on products, maintenance requirements, and other services
- Physically able to perform assigned tasks (lifting
85lbsor more,kneeling, bending,walking,and standing for prolonged periods) - Must have a valid drivers'license with a good driving history andno record of reckless driving
- Expect consistent exposure to moving parts, chemicals, dust, dirt, and inclement weather conditions.
