Security Officer - Bank Branch Patrol at Aurora, IL. You will serve and safeguard clients in financial institutions and other industries. As a patrol unarmed officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, deter security‑related incidents, interact with employees and visitors, and provide exceptional customer service and communication.

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergencies when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and problem‑solving to help maintain a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or incidents within the financial institution to the appropriate personnel or authorities as directed.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to deter unauthorized individuals and suspicious activity.
• Follow all instructions and guidelines provided by Allied Universal and on-site management while performing security-related duties.

• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Appliable to candidates with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements as per state/local regulations; a valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
