Sunstates Security is hiring Flex Security Officers for a client site in Aurora, IL. This position offers a pay rate of $18.50/hr, paid weekly. We have 1st, 2nd, 3rd and weekend shifts available. • Security, military, or law enforcement supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid PERC Card preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and means of communication.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Read and understand written instruction and communicate information and ideas in clear and concise written form.
• Mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure in the area of responsibility.
• Must regularly stand or walk for extended periods of time and distance.
• Willing and able to work holidays, weekends, and in all weather conditions.
