• Security, military, or law‑enforcement supervisory experience preferred.
• Willing and able to travel between the Burr Ridge and Bolingbrook locations.
• Valid PERC Card preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must have reliable transportation and a means of communication.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Read and understand written instruction; communicate information and ideas in clear, concise written form.
• Mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure.
• Must regularly stand or walk for extended periods of time and distance.
• Willing and able to work holidays, weekends, and in all weather conditions.

• You will be trained at various posts and/or facilities based on operational need.
• Shifts, days off, hours per week, etc. will vary based on operational need.
• You will be assigned to, or offered the opportunity to accept, shifts as they become available due to staffing needs.
• Some shifts will be scheduled in advance; others may require short‑notice coverage.
• You are expected to work any shift you are scheduled for within your availability.
• For short‑notice call‑ins you are expected to work at least 80% of the shifts called. Refusing more than 20% of called shifts may negatively impact your employment status.
